Set in 1840’s New Zealand at a time of British Colonisation I was in charge of researching and realising the uniforms for the British Colonial forces and the traditional Māori clothing of the indigenous people.

I set up groups of traditional crafts people, weavers and carvers, finding ways of short-cutting their traditional process and materials to speed up the process and make it financially viable and achievable in the limited pre-production time.
